Permaculture and herbal medicine
Herbal medicine fits in with my ethics and principles of permaculture. I coined the term Herbaculture mixing both words. Making a social business out of herbal lore, taking herbs and herbalism to events, workshops and design projects. The image was our herb bus and awning set up at Latitude 2019, which we can hire for events.

Projects have included community gardening, school garden workshops and design, Workshops with another fabulous local social enterprise in a prison and camps for teenagers learning to cook their produce.
